Attorney Tivadar Kiss
Attorney Tivadar Kiss was born and raised in Szeged, Hungary, where he graduated from the University of Szeged, College of Law. He earned his law degree in 2019, specializing in criminal studies. Soon after his graduation, he joined the Szeged Bar Association and practiced in various fields of the law, including criminal defense, family law and civil litigation.
Driven by his passion to earn a law degree in the United States, Tivadar continued his legal education at the University of Szeged College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During his education, he worked as an intern at the Public Defender’s Office, defending the rights of indigent clients. Upon being admitted to the Ohio Bar, Tivadar transitioned into his role as a full-time Public Defender in the Fellowship Program. During his Fellowship, Tivadar gained firsthand experience in various aspects of a criminal procedure, including jury trials and proceedings at Municipal and Common Pleas levels as well.
Tivadar joined the Family Law of Groth & Associates in 2025, where he strives to advocate for clients in their best interest and provide high-quality legal representation in family law and criminal defense.
